Quantitative determination of hydroquinone via electrochemical methods at nano-architecture platinum electrode

چکیده

Hydroquinone (HQ) was electrochemically measured using convolutive cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse (DPV) on a nano-architecture mesoporous platinum film grown from hexagonal liquid crystalline template of C16EO8 surfactant in 1.0 mol/l HClO4. The HQ voltammograms produced one oxidative peak the forward sweep potential reductive reverse sweep. effect concentration investigated different electrochemical methods mentioned above. modified electrode exhibits good sensitivity for determination compound best executive found i-t curve method developed HQ. It linear current response over range 8 to 55 µmol/l, with detection limit 0.5726 µmol/l quantification 1.9088 confirming accuracy this quick, cheap, easy method.
